Plan Amour is led by Adam Stratford, a chartered town planner with close to 15 years’ experience delivering housing schemes across the UK.
Before founding Plan Amour, Adam held senior roles with national housebuilders, bespoke residential developers, and private equity-backed ventures. This client-side background means he understands what it takes to not only secure planning permission — but to actually deliver homes.
His advice blends planning expertise with commercial pragmatism, helping clients navigate risk, unlock land value, and get schemes moving.
